A structured and tailored navy pea coat from the US Navy dating from the 1950s. The coat fastens at the front with large buttons engraved with anchor motifs. The collar of the coat is rounded and there are two large horizontal welt pockets. The jacket does have some flaws in that the pockets are not original, there are some marks on the collar and body and there is a rip in the lining but this is reflected in the price and does not detract from the beauty of this garment.
